Faux Lomo Christmas
Julia gave me a Lomo Sprocket Rocket for Christmas but I haven't finished the first roll of film with it yet. In the meantime I've had lomography on the brain and have been editing my holiday snapshots with that super saturated lomo look.
It’s Morning Again In Seattle
I picked up the Olympus 40-150mm
600 Millimeters
I got my hands on a 75-300mm micro 4/3 lens today and took it for a walk around Gasworks Park. On a micro 4/3 sensor a 300mm lens has the equivalent field of view of a 600mm. I've never shot with such an extremely narrow lens before. I don't think I'd buy the lens, but it definitely made me want to buy the Olympus 14-150mm zoom.

I snapped these foggy pictures with my iPhone during my drive to work this morning. I think the last one is my favorite. Edited with Instagram.
Macklemore on chasejarvisLIVE
Had an awesome time today filming Seattle hip hop artist Macklemore with Ryan Lewis on chasejarvisLIVE. I'll be editing the video over the next few days and I'll post the episode when it's finished, but in the meantime here are a couple snapshots I took during the soundcheck.
